of <h1>GST rate updated to 2.5% for tariff entries 2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10 from Jan 4, 2024</h1> The State Government amends the existing GST rate notification by substituting the specified tariff entries '2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10' against serial numbers 165 and 165A in Schedule I, which carries a 2.5% tax rate. This amendment is made under the authority of the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, based on the Council's recommendations. The changes take effect from January 4, 2024.
