of <h1>Jharkhand GST Notification Amended: Changes to Transmission, Insurance Services, and Training Partner Entries</h1> The Government of Jharkhand has amended the State Tax (Rate) Notification No. 12/2017 by substituting 'transmission and distribution' with 'transmission or distribution' at serial number 25A, inserting new entries for insurance services provided by the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund at serial number 36B with nil tax rates, and adding 'a training partner approved by the National Skill Development Corporation' under serial number 69(f). Additionally, item (w) in paragraph 2 is omitted effective April 1, 2025, and a new definition for 'insurer' consistent with the Insurance Act, 1938, is inserted after item (zj). These changes are made under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, based on Council recommendations and public interest considerations.
