of <h1>Delhi GST Amendment Adds Food Inputs for Fortified Rice Kernel Supply Under ICDS Schemes Section 39/2017</h1> The Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, exercising powers under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 39/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated 27th November 2017. The amendment inserts the phrase '(c) food inputs for (a) above' after the existing provision related to fortified rice kernel supply for ICDS or similar government-approved schemes. This change is made in the public interest and takes immediate effect, expanding the scope of tax exemptions or rates applicable to specified food inputs linked to such schemes.
