of <h1>Handicraft SEZ at Village Kalwara, Jaipur Designated as Inland Container Depot under Customs Act, Effective January 6, 2009.</h1> The Central Government has designated January 6, 2009, as the effective date for the establishment of a handicraft sector Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Village Kalwara, Tehsil-Sanganer, in Jaipur District, Rajasthan. This SEZ, developed by a private company, is recognized as an Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. This notification is issued under the authority of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, specifically Section 53, and is documented as S.O. 42(E).
