M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Limited proposed this SEZ under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The Central Government has confirmed compliance with the necessary legal requirements and issued a letter of approval on April 23, 2008. The designated area covers various plots with a total area of 103.1775 hectares, as detailed in the notification.
