of <h1>Government rescinds GST notification SO-105 from March 2023 under rule 8(4B) effective July 2024</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department issued notification SO-503 dated October 10, 2024, exercising powers under sub-rule (4B) of rule 8 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The notification rescinds the earlier notification SO-105 dated March 3, 2023, based on recommendations from the Council. The rescission is deemed effective from July 10, 2024, and was signed by the Principal Secretary to the Government.
