of <h1>New e-form CSR-1 replaces existing form under Companies CSR Policy Amendment Rules 2025 effective July 14</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued notification G.S.R. 452(E) dated July 7, 2025, introducing the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Amendment Rules, 2025. These rules amend the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, exercising powers under sections 135 and 469 of the Companies Act, 2013. The amendment substitutes the existing e-form CSR-1 with a new e-form. The rules are effective from July 14, 2025. This represents the eighth amendment to the principal CSR rules since their original publication in February 2014.
