of <h1>Mizoram GST First Amendment Act 2025 provisions take effect from November 1 2024 and publication date</h1> The Government of Mizoram Finance Department issued a notification bringing various provisions of the Mizoram Goods & Services Tax (First Amendment) Act, 2025 into force. The notification establishes two effective dates: sections 6, 34, and 36 come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette, while sections 2-5, 7-29, 30-33, 35, and 36 take effect from November 1, 2024. The notification was issued under the authority of the Governor of Mizoram and signed by the Finance Commissioner.
