of <h1>Delhi government amends tax notification adding betting, casinos, gambling, horse racing, lottery, online gaming to Schedule IV</h1> The Delhi government amended its State Tax Rate notification to include specified actionable claims under Schedule IV. The amendment defines specified actionable claims as those involving betting, casinos, gambling, horse racing, lottery, or online money gaming. Two existing entries (S. No. 228 and 229) were removed from the schedule. The notification also added a clause stating that undefined terms will carry meanings from the Delhi GST Act 2017 and Integrated GST Act 2017. The amendment took effect from October 1, 2023.
