of <h1>Lieutenant Governor waives excess late fees under section 128 for GSTR-9C reconciliation statements through March 2025</h1> The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi waived late fees under section 128 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, for registered persons required to file reconciliation statements in FORM GSTR-9C with annual returns for financial years 2017-18 through 2022-23. The waiver applies to excess late fees beyond those payable under section 47 for delayed GSTR-9C submissions, provided the statements are filed by March 31, 2025. No refunds will be given for late fees already paid.
