<h1>Canada Added to Customs Duty Exemption List for Air Canada Under Section 25(1)</h1> The Ministry of Finance amended Notification No. 130/2010-Customs through Notification No. 32/2025-Customs dated June 30, 2025, adding Canada and its designated airline to the exemption list for additional customs duty on specified imported goods. The amendment inserts serial number 48 with 'Canada' and 'Air Canada' in the notification table. This exemption allows the designated airline to import specified goods from Canada without paying additional customs duty. The amendment takes effect from July 1, 2025, exercising powers under section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962.
