<h1>Second Amendment Rules 2024: Rules 2, 23, 26, 31 effective 11 Feb 2025; Rules 36 and 37(ii) effective 1 Apr 2025</h1> The State government, exercising powers under the State Goods and Services Tax Act and the Second Amendment Rules, 2024, notified appointed commencement dates for specified rules: Rules 2, 23, 26 and 31 shall take effect from 11 February 2025; Rules 36 and clause (ii) of Rule 37 shall take effect from 1 April 2025. The notification further provides that it shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 11 February 2025.
