of <h1>Nagaland extends deadline for Input Service Distributors to file GSTR-6 for December 2024 to January 15, 2025.</h1> The Government of Nagaland, through the Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, has issued Notification-04/2025, extending the deadline for Input Service Distributors to submit FORM GSTR-6 for December 2024. This extension is granted under the authority of sub-section (6) of section 39 and section 168 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, in conjunction with rule 65 of the Nagaland GST Rules, 2017. The new deadline is set for January 15, 2025.
