of <h1>Nagaland extends deadline for FORM GSTR-1 submission for December 2024 under GST Act, 2017, Section 39(1).</h1> The Government of Nagaland, through the Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, has issued Notification-01/2025 extending the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR-1 for December 2024. Under the authority of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Commissioner has amended a previous notification to extend the due date for registered individuals. Those required to file under section 39(1) now have until January 13, 2025, while those filing under the proviso of the same section for the period October to December 2024 have until January 15, 2025.
