of <h1>Haryana Govt Waives Excess Late Fees Under Section 128 for GST Returns FY 2017-18 to 2022-23, Deadline March 2025.</h1> The Haryana Government, under section 128 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, waives the late fees exceeding the amount specified in section 47 for returns filed under section 44 for financial years 2017-18 to 2022-23. This applies to registered persons who did not submit the reconciliation statement in FORM GSTR-9C with the annual return FORM GSTR-9 but do so by March 31, 2025. No refunds will be issued for late fees already paid for these financial years.
