The notification specifies that the provisions of sections 6, 34, and 36 of the Act are deemed effective from September 27, 2024. Additionally, the provisions of sections 2 to 5, 7 to 29, 30 to 33, and 35 are deemed effective from November 1, 2024. This order is issued under the authority of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024.
