of <h1>RBI Corrects Serial Numbers in Foreign Exchange Management Regulations 2024 Notification No. FEMA 10(R)/(4)/2024-RB</h1> The Reserve Bank of India issued a corrigendum to the Foreign Exchange Management (Foreign Currency Accounts by a Person Resident in India) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2024, originally published on 19th November 2024. The correction pertains to the sequence of serial numbers in the notification, where SL No. 4, 5, and 6 should be read as SL No. 1, 2, and 3. This amendment is documented under Notification No. FEMA 10(R)/(4)/2024-RB and was released on 28th February 2025.
