<h1>West Bengal extends GSTR-7 filing deadline for December 2024 to January 12, 2025, u/ss 51 and 39(6).</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax in West Bengal has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR-7 for December 2024. This extension applies to registered individuals who are required to deduct tax at source under section 51 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline for submission is January 12, 2025. This notification, issued under the authority of section 39(6) and section 168 of the Act, is effective from January 10, 2025.
