of <h1>Bihar Tax Notification Update: Amendments to Notification No. 13/2017 Under GST Act Include New Conditions for Serial Numbers 4 and 5AB.</h1> The notification dated January 16, 2025, issued by the Commercial Tax Department of Bihar, amends the previous Notification No. 13/2017-State Tax (Rate) under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments include changes in the table of the original notification: for serial number 4, the phrase 'other than a body corporate' is added after 'Any person'; for serial number 5AB, the phrase 'other than a person who has opted to pay tax under composition levy' is added after 'Any registered person.' These changes are made on the recommendation of the Council.
