of <h1>Telangana Amends GST Notification: Metal Scrap Supplies Between Registered Persons Now Included, Effective October 10, 2024.</h1> The Government of Telangana has amended Notification G.O.Ms No. 210, dated 29.09.2018, under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment introduces a new clause (d) specifying that registered persons receiving metal scrap supplies under Chapters 72 to 81 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, from other registered persons are included. Additionally, the third proviso has been revised to exclude the application of the notification to supplies between specified persons, except for those mentioned in clause (d). This amendment is effective from October 10, 2024.
