Telangana Appoints N. Sai Kishore to State Authority for Advance Ruling under GST Act, 2017, replacing Kasi Visweshwar Rao.

The Government of Telangana has appointed a new member to the Telangana State Authority for Advance Ruling under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Sri N. Sai Kishore, Additional Commissioner (ST) (Grade-I), replaces Sri S.V. Kasi Visweshwar Rao in this role. This appointment is made under the authority of section 96 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 103 of the Telangana Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017. The committee will operate from the Office of the Commissioner of State Tax in Hyderabad, and necessary actions will be taken by the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes.
