of <h1>Bihar GST Rule 2017: Amendment adds 'Patliputra Circle' and 'Patna Special Circle' to Notification No. S.O. 448.</h1> The Commercial Tax Department of Bihar issued an amendment to Notification No. S.O. 448, dated September 4, 2024. This amendment, effective from the same date, revises the notification by adding 'Patliputra Circle' after 'Patna North Circle' in serial no. 21, and ', Patna Special Circle' after 'Patna West Circle' in serial no. 22. The changes are authorized by the Commissioner under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, and were published in the Bihar Gazette.
