of <h1>Rajasthan GST Act Update: New Deadlines for Tax, Interest, and Penalty Payments u/ss 128A and 74 Announced.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has issued a notification under Section 128A of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, specifying deadlines for registered persons to pay tax, interest, or penalties. For those who received a notice, statement, or order under clauses (a), (b), or (c) of Section 128A, the deadline is March 31, 2025. For those with notices under Section 74, the deadline is six months from the issuance of a re-determination order by the proper officer under Section 73. This notification takes effect from November 1, 2024.
