of <h1>Rajasthan Govt Sets November 1, 2024, as Start Date for GST Amendment Ordinance Sections 2-5, 7-29, 31-34, 36.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has issued a notification regarding the implementation of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024. Under the authority of sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Ordinance, the State Government has designated November 1, 2024, as the effective date for the enforcement of sections 2 to 5, 7 to 29, 31 to 34, and 36 of the Ordinance. This notification was issued by the Finance Department's Tax Division in Jaipur, as ordered by the Governor and signed by the Joint Secretary to the Government.
