of <h1>Telangana Updates GST Notification: New Entries and Modifications in Schedules I, II, III Effective July 2023.</h1> The Telangana government has issued amendments to Notification No. 1/2017-StateTax (Rate) under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. These changes, effective from July 27, 2023, include updates to tax rates and classifications. In Schedule I (2.5%), new entries for un-fried snack pellets, fish soluble paste, Linz-Donawitz slag, and imitation zari thread are added. Schedule II (6%) modifies the definition of metallised yarn, excluding real and imitation zari threads. Schedule III (9%) revises entries for toasted bread products and waste from iron or steel manufacturing, excluding Linz-Donawitz slag.
