of <h1>Telangana Amends GST Notification: Changes to Annexure III on Forward and Reverse Charge Mechanisms Effective July 2023.</h1> The Government of Telangana has issued an amendment to Notification No. 13/2017 under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, concerning state tax rates. This amendment, detailed in Notification No. 08/2023, modifies the language in Annexure III of the original notification. Specifically, it replaces the phrase 'during the Financial Year ____ under forward charge' with 'from the Financial Year ____ under forward charge and have not reverted to reverse charge mechanism.' This change is effective from July 27, 2023, as per the order issued by the Special Chief Secretary to the Government.
