Delhi GST Tax Rate Amended to 0.25% Retroactively from July 2024 Under Notification No. 52/2018-State Tax.

The notification amends Notification No. 52/2018-State Tax dated September 2, 2019, under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, issued by the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, changes the tax rate from "half per cent." to "0.25 per cent." This amendment is effective retroactively from July 10, 2024.
