of <h1>Gujarat Finance Department Corrects GST Notification: 'Any Property' Amended to 'Any Immovable Property' in Serial 5AB Table.</h1> A corrigendum has been issued by the Finance Department of Gujarat under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. It amends Notification No. 09/2024-State Tax(Rate) dated 10th October 2024. Specifically, in the table against serial number 5AB, the term 'any property' in column (2) has been corrected to read 'any immovable property.' This change is authorized by the Deputy Secretary to the Government, in the name of the Governor of Gujarat.
