of <h1>India Excludes AIIB, NDB, EBRD from 'Foreign Sources' under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010.</h1> The Central Government of India has issued a notification under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, stating that certain international organizations are not to be considered as 'foreign sources' under the Act. The specified organizations include the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), New Development Bank (NDB), and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). This decision is made under the authority granted by the relevant section of the Act. The notification was issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on February 1, 2019.
