of <h1>IUCN Exempted from 'Foreign Source' Status under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 by Ministry of Home Affairs Notification.</h1> The Central Government has issued a notification under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, specifying that the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN) will not be considered a 'foreign source' under the Act. This decision was made using the authority granted by sub-clause (ii) of Clause (j) of sub-section (1) of Section 2 of the Act. The notification was issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on October 16, 2014.
