of <h1>Bihar GST Amendment Act 2024: Section 4 Effective from Oct 1, 2024; Sections 2 & 3 from April 1, 2025.</h1> The notification from the Commercial Tax Department of Bihar, dated November 11, 2024, announces the enforcement dates for certain provisions of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024. The Governor of Bihar has appointed October 1, 2024, as the effective date for section 4 of the Act, and April 1, 2025, as the effective date for sections 2 and 3. This decision is made under the authority granted by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Act. The notification is issued by the Commissioner of State Tax-cum-Secretary on behalf of the Governor.
