of <h1>Mizoram Sets April 1, 2025 Deadline for GST Input Tax Credit Price Reduction Requests Under GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Mizoram, under the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification setting April 1, 2025, as the sunset date for the Authority to accept requests for examining whether input tax credits or tax rate reductions have led to corresponding price reductions for goods or services. This decision follows recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council. The notification will take effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
