of <h1>Goa Government Enforces Sections 6, 34, and 36 of GST Amendment Ordinance 2024; Other Provisions Effective November 1.</h1> The Government of Goa has issued a notification to enforce specific sections of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024. Sections 6, 34, and 36 of the Ordinance will become effective on the date of this notification's publication in the Official Gazette. All other provisions of the Ordinance will come into effect on November 1, 2024. This action is authorized under sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Ordinance No. 6 of 2024, as published in the Official Gazette on October 11, 2024.
