of <h1>Kerala Amends GST Notification: Adds New Services, Updates Terminology, Effective October 10, 2024.</h1> The Government of Kerala has amended Notification No. G.O. (P) No. 73/2017/TAXES, dated June 30, 2017, under the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments include new entries in the notification table, such as services related to metering equipment, research and development services funded by grants, affiliation services by educational boards, and services by skill development bodies. Additionally, terminology changes were made from 'National Council for Vocational Training' to 'National Council for Vocational Education and Training.' These changes take effect on October 10, 2024, following recommendations from the GST Council.
