of <h1>Haryana sets effective dates for GST Amendment Ordinance: Section 34 from Oct 2024, Sections 2 & 9 from April 2025.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department has issued a notification under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024. The Governor of Haryana has set the effective dates for certain sections of the ordinance: Section 34 will be effective from October 1, 2024, and Sections 2 and 9 will come into effect on April 1, 2025. This notification was issued by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana.
