of <h1>Gujarat GST Amendment Act: Section 4 Effective October 2024, Sections 2 and 3 Effective April 2025.</h1> The Government of Gujarat has issued a notification under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024, specifying the commencement dates for certain provisions. Section 4 of the Act will come into effect on October 1, 2024, while sections 2 and 3 will be enforced starting April 1, 2025. This notification is issued by the Finance Department, under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act, and is signed by the Deputy Secretary to the Government.
