of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Amends Tax Rate to 0.25% Under GST Act, Effective Upon Gazette Publication.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh has issued Notification No. 15/2024-State Tax, amending Notification No. 52/2018-State Tax dated September 22, 2018. Under the authority of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the amendment changes the tax rate from 'half per cent.' to '0.25 per cent.' This amendment will take effect from the date it is published in the official gazette.
