Section 19(f) of Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 to be effective from September 19, 2024, per official notification.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a notification stating that the provisions of Section 19(f) of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023, will come into effect on September 19, 2024. This action is taken under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the same Act. The notification is identified as S.O. 4031(E) and is signed by an Additional Secretary.
