of <h1>Goa GST Amendment Act: Section 4 Effective October 2024; Sections 2 and 3 Start April 2025.</h1> The Government of Goa has issued a notification under the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024, specifying the commencement dates for various sections of the Act. Section 4 will come into effect on October 1, 2024, while sections 2 and 3 will be enforced starting April 1, 2025. This notification is issued by the Department of Finance, Revenue & Control Division, under the authority of the Governor of Goa.
