No. 173 from 21st September 2017, concerning the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments involve changes in the designations for specific positions within the Commercial Taxes Department. The position of 'Additional/Joint Commissioner (Tech.), CGST & CX, Patna-1' is substituted for serial no. (i), and 'Senior most Additional Commissioner (Appeal.), Central Division, Patna' is substituted for serial no. (ii). This amendment is effective from the date of its issuance.
