Notification designates a Special Economic Zone for electronic hardware and software, including IT and ITES, at specified survey parcels in the villages of Ghamroj, Bhondsi and Mahendwada, pursuant to sub section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006; it records that M/s Progressive Buildestate Private Limited proposed the SEZ and that a letter of approval under sub section (10) of section 3 was granted after satisfaction of sub section (8) and related requirements, and tabulates the constituent survey numbers and areas totaling 29.939801711 hectares.
