of <h1>Madhya Pradesh GST Act: New E-Submission Rules for Tobacco and Pan Masala Manufacturers Start April 2024.</h1> The Madhya Pradesh State Government issued a notification outlining a special procedure for registered manufacturers of specific goods under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from April 1, 2024, manufacturers must electronically submit details of their packing machines using Form GST SRM-I within specified timeframes. This includes details of new installations, changes in machine capacity, and disposals. A monthly statement in Form GST SRM-II and a Chartered Engineer's certificate in Form GST SRM-III are also required. The notification applies to manufacturers of goods listed in the appended schedule, including various tobacco products and pan masala.
