of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Rescinds Notification No. 30/2023 Under GST Act, Effective January 2024, Following GST Council Advice.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh has issued Notification No. 03/2024-State Tax, exercising powers under section 148 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This notification rescinds the earlier Notification No. 30/2023-State Tax, dated 18th September 2023, except for actions completed or omitted before this rescission. The rescission is effective from 1st January 2024, as per the recommendations of the GST Council. The notification is issued by the Principal Secretary of State Taxes and Excise to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
