of <h1>Govt Extends Income Tax Exemption for Stichting Pensioen Funds to March 2025 u/s 10(23FE.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 89A dated 13th October 2023, concerning the exemption under section 10(23FE) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This amendment, issued by the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, extends the exemption period for the pension fund, Stichting Pensioen funds, from 31st March 2024 to 31st March 2025. The amendment is documented in Notification No. 90/2024 dated 18th July 2024 and published in the Gazette of India. This update applies to actions taken from 1st April 2024 until the notification's publication date.
