of <h1>Indian Tax Exemption for INQ Holding LLC Extended to March 31, 2025, u/s 10(23FE) of Income-tax Act.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 95/2022, dated August 16, 2022, to extend the exemption under section 10(23FE) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for the sovereign wealth fund, INQ Holding LLC, regarding its investments in India. The original deadline for this exemption was March 31, 2024, which has now been extended to March 31, 2025. This amendment is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, and is effective from April 1, 2024, until the publication date in the Official Gazette.
