Ltd. to March 31, 2025, u/s 10(23FE.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 55/2021, originally dated May 5, 2021, to extend the exemption under section 10(23FE) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for the sovereign wealth fund, Chiswick Investment Pte. Ltd. The amendment changes the expiration date from March 31, 2024, to March 31, 2025. This extension is effective from April 1, 2024, until the publication date of this notification in the Official Gazette.
