of <h1>Income Tax Act: Exemption for CPPIB Credit Investments VI Inc. Extended to March 31, 2025, by Central Government.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 86/2022, dated July 21, 2022, to extend the exemption under section 10(23FE) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for the pension fund CPPIB Credit Investments VI Inc. The exemption period originally set to expire on March 31, 2024, is now extended to March 31, 2025. This amendment is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, and is effective from April 1, 2024, until the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
