<h1>Government Extends Income Tax Exemption for Bricklayers Investment Pte. Ltd. to March 2025 u/s 10(23FE.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 51/2021, originally dated 5th May 2021, to extend the exemption under section 10(23FE) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This exemption, applicable to the sovereign wealth fund Bricklayers Investment Pte. Ltd., is now extended from the original end date of 31st March 2024 to 31st March 2025. This amendment is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and published as Notification No. 62/2024 on 18th July 2024.
