of <h1>Delhi GST Notification Amended: Changes to Entry for S.No. 6 Effective October 20, 2023.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 4/2017-State Tax (Rate) under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Issued by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, it modifies the entry in the Table against S.No. 6, column 4, to include 'Central Government [excluding Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways)], State Government, Union territory or a local authority.' This amendment will be effective from October 20, 2023. The principal notification was initially published on June 30, 2017, and was last amended on March 21, 2023.
