of <h1>Odisha extends GST order deadlines u/s 73: FY 2018-19 to April 2024, FY 2019-20 to August 2024.</h1> The Government of Odisha has extended the time limits for issuing orders under Section 73 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This extension pertains to the recovery of unpaid or short-paid taxes, or wrongly availed or utilized input tax credits. For the financial year 2018-19, the deadline is extended to April 30, 2024, and for the financial year 2019-20, it is extended to August 31, 2024. This decision follows recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council and modifies previous notifications issued by the Finance Department.
